Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the position.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g., recruitment agencies, universities).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • years of experience in recruitment, preferably in [specific industry or sector].
  • Proven track record of sourcing and selecting qualified candidates for various roles in the Middle East region.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
