Role Description

This is a contract Recruitment Specialist (Middle East) role with some flexibility for remote work. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with hiring and recruiting. This includes interviewing candidates, communicating with stakeholders, providing training, and ensuring an efficient recruitment process. This is a hybrid role, meaning that it is located in Doha, Qatar, but some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in training and development
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices
  • Experience in the Middle East recruitment market is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
