Cloudscene approached Chesamel in 2011/2012 after the company had launched a digital signage product for the automotive, financial and retail services industry.

The Objective

The aim was to increase new market opportunities with other businesses through social media, direct calls, email marketing and various other marketing routes. This was in order to refine and clarify the company’s proposition.

Impact

Following successful appointments with Peugeot, Metro Bank, Home Retail Group and BDO (the UK’s largest accounting network) and various other similarly established brands, a business agreement was met. Cloudscene and three of the prestigious brands, Peugeot, Metro Bank and BDO, all agreed to take on the product. Each contract’s estimated value was £100K per annum.

Methodology

  • offered two monitors/screens to every company that agreed to trial the product
  • develop business relationships with larger companies
  • secured director-level meetings with huge, successful brands
  • refine the business proposition
