The Story
We supported Google Cloud in delivering their Partner Receptions at Studio Spaces in London. Nearly 400 professionals from Telco, Manufacturing, and Financial Services sectors gathered for a night of networking, food, and entertainment. Our team took on the responsibility of organising and managing the event, ensuring that the Google Cloud team and vendors could concentrate on the main summit across the road.
Impact
We successfully orchestrated all aspects of the Partner Receptions, including attendee registration, catering, and AV setup, which facilitated a seamless and memorable experience for all guests. Our support enabled the Google Cloud team to engage fully in summit activities, while partners enjoyed a well-coordinated, engaging event.
Methodology
We deployed a dedicated hub team to manage the event logistics from start to finish. Our responsibilities included coordinating with vendors, arranging and installing catering, furniture, lighting, sound, and AV systems, and overseeing attendee registration. With a focus on smooth operations and high-quality attendee experience, our team ensured all aspects of the Partner Receptions ran efficiently, allowing Google Cloud to focus on their summit.
