When embarking on four major customer events, Google Cloud’s EMEA and Web3 team were looking for support with day-to-day event management. Chesamel provided streamlined project management and marketing support for the team, streamlining operations and delivering the strategic customer events across Europe.

The project allowed Google Cloud to focus on strategy, streamline marketing operations, and gain additional marketing resources, providing greater flexibility for business needs.

Methodology

Chesamel managed end-to-end logistics, third-party vendors, and event production, ensuring all visual collateral aligned with Google brand guidelines. We assigned a dedicated Marketing Account Manager with B2B multichannel experience to handle operations, provide flexible assistance with ad-hoc requests, and leverage close relationships with existing vendors to maximise efficiency.
