This tennis tournament wanted to boost their customer service and use interaction data to drive actionable insights, powering retention and upsells. Chesamel worked with the client to come up with a solution to simultaneously improve digital engagement and customer experience.

Impact

We gave the client the ability to use structured data to maintain dialogue via WhatsApp, collecting data from conversations to build customer profiles and enable upsells for future tournaments.

We created a chatbot that used generative AI, powered by AWS Bedrock, to answer tournament-related questions based on the most relevant information available.
