About the Role

Conceptualize and develop event plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and staffing requirements. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution. Oversee event marketing and promotion, ensuring alignment with overall event goals. Manage event budgets effectively and track expenses. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural sensitivities. Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Event Producer, with a strong portfolio of successful events in Qatar.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Qatari event market and cultural landscape.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
