This is a dual role and requires deep knowledge in CRM, data and technology platforms with a solid understanding of marketing technology, coupled with skills and knowledge of AI and how this is fundamentally shaping our world and that of our clients.

This role will partner with both client teams, new business and marketing to ensure we are developing market leading solutions for clients and contributing to the growth of Chesamel’s business. This role will sit within the Digital Transformation team and report to the Digital Transformation Director. This role is responsible for using data analytics and technology skills to support our digital transformation client projects and drive the new business opportunity for Chesamel.

Responsibilities:

Data/AI:

  • Use Python or R, alongside SQL to analyse and model complex, high volume data.
  • Develop and apply clustering, classification, regression, anomaly detection, natural language processing, or GenAI models to business use cases.
  • Deploy models and track their performance to ensure they meet business objectives and deliver value.
  • Design and implement reports and visualisations that present insights clearly, concisely, and engagingly, aligning with business objectives and key analytical questions.
  • Effectively communicate technical approaches, implementations, and findings to a non-technical audience.
  • Work with clients to support their needs in data cleansing and restructuring
  • Understand and continuously test and learn when it comes to AI tools that enable better business practise and drive efficiency
  • Understand and apply basic level prompts to our AI tools (Chatbots/data mapping/information navigation) to improve the output and accuracy of the tools we use
  • With oversight from the Digital Transformation Director, lead all internal AI programs across the business and constantly review the market for new opportunities to expand in this area
  • Write SQL and Python scripts for segmentation and ETL processes.
  • Answering business questions from stakeholders across a wide range of departments
  • Addressing analysis requests and providing actionable insights
  • Building reports/dashboards, models, and proof of concepts
  • Partnering with relevant teams to determine effectiveness using performance data
  • Assisting the marketing team to determine ROI and monetary impact of acquisition efforts
  • Improving the flow of reporting/explanations and rationale; explaining performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain knowledge, expertise, and best practises on a suite of data & BI technologies to promote appropriate adoption with the team

  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience with a variety of technology platforms particularly those designed for marketing technology. Support the client teams and account leads when having more technical conversations with clients on the benefits of using technology platforms and how to optimise set up and usage to achieve maximum impact. Understand how to set up a technology stack and how data feeds in and the outputs of each when correctly used to deliver marketing effectiveness campaigns.
  • Support the client team with conversations on technology platforms and with the oversight of the Digital Transformation Director, conduct audits and produce a strategic recommendation to a client based on the business challenges in the brief.
  • Have previous experience working with Cloud architecture and AI in the same ecosystem to build automated processes and enable high volume data analysis
