We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to embed with our client’s Growth Marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies to elevate our client’s brand presence, generate leads, and build strong online communities within the B2B tech space.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies: Create and execute compelling content across various platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) aligned with our client’s marketing goals and target audience.
  • Content creation and curation: Produce high-quality, engaging content including text posts, images, videos, and stories. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and leverage relevant content to spark conversations.
  • Community management: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, foster online discussions, and build relationships with key influencers.
  • Performance analysis and reporting: Track key metrics, analyse campaign performance, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of social media activities. Identify areas for improvement and optimise strategies accordingly.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Research and recommend new social media tools, platforms, and trends to enhance our online presence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience: 3-5+ years Social Media Manager, ideally in the B2B tech industry.
  • Data-driven approach: Strong understanding of social media analytics and experience using data to inform strategy and measure success.
  • Content creation skills: Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
  • Community building expertise: Demonstrated ability to build and manage online communities, foster engagement, and cultivate relationships.
  • Platform proficiency: In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and best practices for each.
