The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our talent acquisition team. Our talent team plays a key role in the agency, ensuring that we can attract the best talent for our internal roles and for our clients. This is a varied role which offers exposure to working with some very exciting clients, including Google, YouTube, and eBay.
Talent Acquisition responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media and enjoy learning about different roles, we’d love to meet you. Ultimately, you will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategically source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan and conduct interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and interviews to quantify candidates for the most appropriate role.
- Assess and manage candidate information, including CVs and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Talent Hub)
- Drive and align key hiring processes with the wider team.
- Creatively design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality talent pool (eg. LinkedIn Recruiter, Reed, CV Library, social media)
- Improving candidate experience through addressing candidates’ concerns, coaching and feedback calls and being the point of contact.
- Support the Directors and Senior Account Manager with scheduling and planning associated with our key clients.
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferably a staffing agency recruiter)
- Familiarity with sourcing on LinkedIn,, CV databases, and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative team player
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organisations
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Strong decision-making skills
