Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a People Transformation Lead at Chesamel Group. The role involves leading and implementing people-centric strategies, driving organizational change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The People Transformation Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify opportunities for growth and development, and enhance employee engagement and performance. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.
