The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive scaled growth in EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, generating demand for sales teams, and achieving measurable results
Responsibilities
- Createcomprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to our target SMB and Startup audience, utilising a mix of online and offline channels to maximise reach and engagement.
- Implementeffective lead generation strategies to attract potential customers
- Developmarketing automation and lead nurturing programs to efficiently guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Monitorcampaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Workclosely with sales, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Developandmanagemarketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Maintain effective communication channels with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
- Planandexecute marketing projects within timelines and budget constraints.
Required qualifications
- Experience with online marketing, webinars, small in-person events and marketing automation / lead nurturing.
- Provenexperience: Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Stronganalytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to optimise marketing strategies.
