The Team

Our client is a leading provider of technology services and solutions in Qatar, delivering innovative Information Technology solutions to enable government and businesses to serve their customers effectively.

We are searching for a Marketing Program Manager dedicated to help our client in growth, customer retention and strengthening of reputation and appeal both within Qatar and in the broader regional market, in alignment with Qatar 2030 vision.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and run the program as a first point of contact for senior stakeholders, including executing the planned marketing activity.
  • Identify cross-functional gaps to define and streamline new processes, organizing tasks into clear goals and objectives feeding into marketing and non-marketing teams.
  • Plan, build, execute and analyse marketing campaigns, events and initiatives, working in alignment with the marketing strategy programme and with cross-functional marketing stakeholders.
  • Develop, execute, rollout and optimise campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention, and product engagement, including via customer conferences, seminars, education and engagement tactics.
  • Brief and manage agencies to create content: case studies, thought leadership, blogs
  • Collect and analyse data from campaigns to draw insights and identify solutions in order to optimise future activities
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies to execute and monitor campaigns
  • Collect best practices and provide campaign learnings
  • Research and recommend new campaign tactics and approaches

Required experience:

  • Fluent Arabic speaker
  • Based in Qatar or willing to relocate (working week Sunday-Thursday)
  • Solid (ideally 3-5 years plus) B2B marketing experience within a IT enterprise environment
  • Exp of working with tech and their customers within MENA market
  • Strong marketing campaign strategy and execution experience, ideally through Account Based Marketing
  • Data driven – continuously using insights in order to drive campaigns and optimize performance
  • Executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional project management skills and experience, including managing multiple internal stakeholders, external creative agencies and international projects
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
