We’re looking for someone to develop new business opportunities, and help us bring on new potential clients in Qatar.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of sales pursuits for new revenue opportunities, driving revenue for The Sybarite
  • Identify and generate new leads, qualify opportunities, and capture new business
  • Consultively identify client requirements, construct unique and compelling value propositions, based on The Sybarite’s competitive advantages
  • Establish and maintain contacts at the highest level of decision-making authority within prospective and existing accounts.
  • Comfortably engage with various luxury lifestyle organisations
  • Maintain and up-sell existing clients with experience enhancements, new products, and new services.
  • Manage pipeline development and advise CEO on weekly forecast calls.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing for lead follow-up and marketing activity representation.
  • Accurately record and maintain all activities and opportunities in the CRM system

Required/Desired qualifications:

Graduate degree or (equivalent)

A passion and keen interest in ‘Sales’

Positive upbeat approach

Good at relationship building and identifying opportunities

Fluent in English and Arabic language
