Event Executive – Salary 30-33k (6 month contract with possibility to extend)

Our Marketing Hub acts as a one-stop-shop to clients and provides fully scoped, end-to-end delivery and execution of high quality marketing campaigns across both B2B & B2C activations.
As an Events Executive, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and account management teams, providing essential support to Senior Marketing Account Managers in managing deliverables and overseeing end-to-end event management for our clients. This role will focus on planning, managing, and executing event activations across EMEA, contributing significantly to our clients’ broader marketing strategies in the region.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Event Management:
- Create comprehensive production schedules, timelines, and detailed event plans in collaboration with clients.
- Facilitate seamless communication with clients throughout the planning process, ensuring their objectives are met.
- Ensure events are delivered on schedule, promptly communicating any delays to clients and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to guarantee the security and safety of all events.
- Implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies to address potential challenges proactively.
- Manage all production and third-party support teams, including staffing schedules.
- Foster effective collaboration and communication among teams to ensure a cohesive and successful event execution.
- Develop advertising materials tailored to each event, aligning with the client’s brand and objectives.
2. Budget Management:
- Prepare detailed event budgets, offering a breakdown of actual and forecasted costs for each element of the event plan.
- Monitor budget adherence and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Obtain and negotiate quotes from third-party suppliers for various aspects of the events.
- Secure cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience in an event management related role, preferably event marketing and/or agency experience.
- Strong budget management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Creativity and the ability to think strategically.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised.
- Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
