As Enterprise Marketing Manager, you are a marketing expert and will be part of an entrepreneurial team in a rapidly growing business. You will execute integrated campaigns to generate B2B demand and drive pipeline growth. You will work with UK marketing, as well as regional sales and partners, to fuel the growth of their products.

Responsibilities

● Deliver events from end to end which drive product awareness and lead generation to boost sales initiatives and increase product awareness.

● Work with creative agencies and sales to produce event materials.

● Generate demand through landing campaigns across multiple channels such as events, online campaigns, webinars, direct marketing, social, collateral and advocacy programs to meet targets.

● Work with multiple stakeholders to craft messaging and content to engage B2B audiences.

● Develop reports, and trends to assist sales in the acquisition of B2B clients.

● Track the effectiveness of campaigns and analyse metrics to determine growth and scale campaigns.

● Identify and form strong relationships with new and existing B2B customers and partners.

● Attend events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.

Requirements

● Understanding of and experience working across verticals and key B2B audiences.

● Excellent project management skills.

● Relevant experience in B2B tech or enterprise software environments.

● Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines to plan multiple concurrent marketing activities, content and campaigns in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

● Excellent presentation skills to be able to present ideas and proposals in a succinct and coherent way.

● Strong influencing and negotiating skills.

● Skilled at navigating complex relationships.

● Professional and upbeat demeanour, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, sales, marketing and other internal teams.

● Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment.

● Proven ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams.

● Ability to deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced, exciting and dynamic environment with an ability to work to tight deadlines.

● Exceptional communication skills and ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcomes.

Experience

● Familiarity with relationship-building techniques, including performance management. Marketing pipeline generation and managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.

● Experience working with and executing co-marketing programmes.

● Multi-channel marketing experience with enterprise software, purchase cycles (cloud-based) infrastructure or platform-as-a-service technology brands.

● Experience, or interest in the Cloud IT market.

Qualifications

● Preferably a minimum of at least 3 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience in a cloud business/industry or similar.

● BA or BS degree preferably in a relevant field.
