We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to embed with our client’s team deriving on consumer facing music campaigns, premium campaigns, and core brand work.

The role:

This role will be responsible for project managing the smooth execution of several parts of the brand work in the UK – consumer facing music campaigns, premium campaigns & core brand work.

We are looking for an organised marketing project manager with a proven track record at managing complex creative marketing campaigns. The right candidate will bring strong organisational skills to the role, and have a proven track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • GTM Lead for Music Campaigns at Local level (UK)- execute key music launches, manage content and other creative assets to help scale communications. Coordinate creative, media, artist and label teams to deliver creatively on-time and to spec.
  • GTM Lead at local level (UK), which will involve managing approvals for new creative, managing tests with on-platform media, securing approvals for co-marketing campaigns .
  • Local POC for Regional & Global Brand activity

Key skills:

  • Project Management & Execution: keep projects on track with great organisation, clear deadlines and actioned. Oversee multiple large scale campaigns, often in different areas of the business and be adept at switching between tasks. Diligent management of projects through project plans, documents, meetings etc.
  • Collaboration: Partner with multiple teams including Marketing, PR, Artist & Label teams, Global & Regional teams, to deliver complex campaigns and drive understanding and buy-in of strategy. Help interact with artists, partners, company executives.
  • Measure: Have a clear sense of the goals, how to monitor performance, and report back to key stakeholders on success and highlight learnings.
  • Insights: Focus on the user by bringing insights to the heart of the work – be comfortable with handling data and extracting the right insight for the right opportunity.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience with Gen Z audiences desired

Substantial experience with working with both internal and external stakeholders.

Solid 5+ years marketing experience, including brand management and project management.

Prior experience with large-scale campaigns

Excellent written and oral communication skills with peers, management, 3rd parties, and cross-functional teams; experience managing multiple internal senior level relationships

Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making as well as a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics

Strong project management skills expertise, including the ability to establish and manage timelines effectively

Ability to deliver quality outputs in an exciting and dynamic environment with an ability to work on tight deadlines
