You will be embedded in a team dedicated to helping businesses ranging from enterprises to startups, educational institutions and government agencies to see the benefits of our technology come to life.

Our clients regional Brand Team in EMEA is looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager that is highly competent in brand and program management to join our group. Brand Marketing Managers, or “campaign leads” make sure projects are set up for success; they are the linchpin to ensure work streams are tracking forward.

You will need to straddle strategic campaign management with being a highly efficient and organised program manager, with tactical duties to manage timelines and budgets. You will be able to navigate and problem solve complex situations with good judgement and composure.

Strategic Requirements:

  • Synthesise the business and creative requirements of programs/campaigns we execute
  • Understand implications of creative work by identifying potential risks and blockers
  • Experienced in executing across platforms (web, event, digital, social content, ATL)
  • Familiar with measurement metrics/methodologies
  • Uses good judgement to prioritise and make effective decisions
  • Listens well and collaborates with x-functional marketers and the creative team
  • Exceptional planning and campaign implementation
  • Passion for creativity and a desire to find a path to market for fresh and original ideas

Program Management Requirements:

  • Leverages resources you manage (internal XF leads and external stakeholders/vendors/etc) to lead campaigns, programs, events, end-to-end from concept to completion.
  • Manages project plan: scope, timelines/schedules for campaign implementation
  • Stakeholder management, (cross functional marketing POC, executive manager of agencies, etc.)
  • Facilitates creative reviews and the development process within the working group to ensure we are delivering on strategic goals, stakeholder expectations, production implications, and overall campaign health.
  • Owns the feedback loop with marketing and cross functional teams and stakeholders
  • Maintains constant knowledge of project standings.
  • Guides marketers across the region on brand and campaign reviews.
  • Manages language localisation across creative and content assets.
  • Supports weekly Brand Office Hours and weekly updates on Asana for ongoing projects.
  • Supports development and management of launch and campaign decks.
  • Establishes trust, credibility, and influence across peer level partners in a highly matrixed organisation
  • Good operational discipline in project management and able to think 3 steps ahead of requirements.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience with brand marketing and client management on global and regional brands with hands-on experience leading and executing campaigns
  • Previous experience within a creative agency
  • Strong Account Management experience
  • Strategic and able to project manage flawlessly
  • Able to thrive in ambiguity
