The Strategy and Operations Lead will work in a global team with the vision of providing best-in-class service for all of the customers. In the role, you will be responsible for solving complex problems and driving large-scale programs that are global in scope and cross-functional in nature - among regions, products and functions.



  • Structure and execute against strategic projects to solve for complex, ambiguous, and potentially charged business issues for the global Tech Ads oriented organisation
  • Ensure global alignment across key initiatives via close partnership with regional and business stakeholders
  • Dig deep into and optimize associated processes and workflows to influence global consistency, increase productivity and improve overall operations across Stakeholders


Qualifications and Skills:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Proven leader with strong project management, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional partner who can partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence successfully across levels and organizational boundaries
  • Experienced team player who has shown impeccable business judgement while navigating multiple dimensions of business, process and workflow issues
  • Enthusiastic problem solver who has a solid track record in executing programs across multiple regions and teams, and works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preffered Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in program/project management
  • Process optimization and program management expertise
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage across multiple, often time-sensitive initiatives
  • Knowledge of Search, Exchange, and Brand Ads space and support ecosystem is a plus
  • MBA a plus
