The Training and Certification Product Marketing Manager will collaborate with our client’s global marketing team to launch new training courses and certifications. You will be responsible for building and executing high impact launch plans, messaging and positioning the value of training and certification, and growing awareness and demand for training offerings and certifications.



  • Develop the launch marketing playbook for new training and certifications, outlining process and bill of materials
  • Work closely with curriculum developers and certification program managers to identify priority launches, build marketing plans, and track the impact of launches
  • Collaborate across marketing, PR, and Training Partner teams to execute launch communications and marketing activities
  • Create launch messaging, including external blog posts, website and social media copy,  and portfolio collateral
  • Develop a deep understanding of the training and certification portfolio as well as Enterprise buyers and learners (developers and IT practitioners)
  • Contribute content and marketing best practices for global campaigns and programs to grow demand for the training and certification portfolio


  • BA in marketing or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in product marketing for enterprise technology or services
  • Experience launching new products or services
  • Strong project management
  • Outstanding copywriting skills and sense for good creative content
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple work-streams, functions and teams to deliver to demanding deadlines with a ‘get things done’ attitude
  • Self starter who can manage and prioritize their own tasks
  • Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles
