People and Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic People and Project Coordinator to administer and work on a variety of agency projects!

You will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of both HR and agency projects as well as have the responsibility of managing the day to day running of our office and making it a great environment to work in.

This role will also involve performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, screening
  • Support with new starter onboarding and update records with new hires
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all office related queries, placing orders, booking travel and accommodation
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Partner with Operations to align on all office operations and procedures (Health and Safety, DSE)
  • Partner with Recruitment to support on talent sourcing and screening
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, and catering
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, socials 

Requirements

  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools/diary management
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
