Job Description

You will provide services to the UK's Marketing team in connection with the provision of marketing, project management and creative services for the Brand and Reputation team.  We are looking for an experienced and passionate marketing specialist with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Strong project manager with demonstrable experience of managing complex projects with changing targets, across a range of stakeholders and managing large teams of agencies
  • Excellent communicator, with the ability to quickly put together compelling and engaging copy, write clear emails, presentations, sign off on copy and creative assets
  • Lead high-visibility brand creative projects e.g. developing narratives on a web page to creating quick pieces of content for social media or writing engaging longform blog and mailer copy
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to grow and scale the impact of brand-led programmes and initiatives
  • The ability to analyse data to track the reach and impact of marketing and programme activities
  • Provide insights for future planning and growth based on data to key stakeholders
  • Internal stakeholder management: create reports and updates for senior stakeholders. Liaise with PR, policy and brand teams to deliver the campaign goals; which may involve media, brand and creative delivery
  • Understanding of end-to end marketing program management from daily running, reporting and analysis.

Requirements

  • Strong general marketing background or qualifications with 2-3 years minimum experience in brand marketing
  • Proven creative and copywriting excellence through previous projects (showing examples and specific role on projects), you have an eye for finding and developing a story and you enjoy developing new creative ideas
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standards on copywriting & brand tone
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience in Marketing & Project Management
  • Experience of managing agencies
  • Strong presentation skills, being able to present confidently to a large audience
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • The individual should be comfortable with working both as an individual and as part of a broader team
