Your Role

With a love of technology and storytelling, you will grow the cloud customer reference program across key markets in Europe. Our customers are inspiring thought leaders and experts in their field. You will celebrate their successes, share their learnings, and inspire others to build what’s next with creative content, campaigns, and activities. You will work with global and EMEA marketing, as well as regional sales and partners, to fuel growth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a broad range of customer focused deliverables to support marketing and sales organizations
  • Working closely with the EMEA sales team, technical teams and other members of the EMEA marketing team, you will identify customers to participate in reference activities (case studies, speaking opportunities, press activities etc)
  • Create, edit and manage the production of compelling written and presentation materials including press releases, success stories, videos, emails, and presentations
  • Amplify customer stories by partnering with marketing, PR, Speakers Bureau, and other teams in the company
  • Help to create a local customer community - building lasting working relationships with participants

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in B2B tech or enterprise software environments
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to hustle to deadlines to deliver multiple concurrent marketing activities, content and campaigns in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Professional and upbeat demeanor, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, sales, marketing and other internal teams
  • Background in establishing relationships with customers/partners for external communication efforts
  • Rigorous attention to detail and a focus on quality of deliverables
  • Understanding of the enterprise software purchase, development and implementation cycles
  • Demonstrated technical acumen with the ability to interact with highly technical people and technologies is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce, ReferenceEdge and/or other customer reference and marketing systems is also a plus

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of practical experience in journalism, PR, AR, or Content Marketing
  • BA/BSc degree or, in lieu of, +4 years of relevant experience
  • Outstanding English written skills, other languages are a plus
