We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Specialist to drive brand awareness, sales leads and develop new business opportunities across our business offerings.To be successful in this role you may have come from a client relationship/sales and marketing background. You will be responsible for engaging with existing and prospective clients across a wide range of sectors to understand how technology and digital services can add value to their current offering. If you are a strong communicator who can develop relationships quickly and effectively with senior stakeholders and grow these relationships into a business opportunity then this role is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Create, drive  and follow up on potential new business leads for the agency and its clients
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships through the entire sales cycle.
  • Identifying prospective clients and sales opportunities for acquisition and retention. 
  • Preparing and delivering bespoke pitch decks and materials for new business meetings. 
  • Work cross functionally with marketing to drive demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns. 
  • Be driven to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within the business.
  • Drive the acquisition of new business opportunities through tailored engagement and social/digital platforms. 
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. 
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Able to collect and analyze the latest Industry, market and customer trends.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • Client management and marketing experience 
  • Agency or Fast paced growth-business previous working experience 
  • Self-starter and target driven with a proven track record in sales delivery
  • Evidence of achieving KPIs and revenue targets
  • Confident, strong communicator
  • Strong understanding of negotiating techniques 
  • Previous experience in a Account manager/ Account based marketing role
