Job Description

Our client is looking for an Apprenticeship Programme Administrator to provide administrative support across the team. The role will be based onsite at the client's campus and you will have accountability for the day to day running of the building as well as all communication to apprentices on the programme. You will also be responsible for managing apprentice attendance to the college, reporting absences to employers and updating records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Taking minutes in team meetings and tracking follow up actions
  • Managing onsite delivery schedule and room booking
  • Monitor and record apprentice punctuality & attendance
  • Upload and send student results to apprentices & employers
  • Lead of apprentice communication
  • Manage guests & visitors to your campus site
  • Management and organisation of community, celebratory & ad hoc events
  • Ensuring building functionality, managing stationary and equipment need

Desired Experience:

  • You have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • You are able to use a range of systems, including e-portfolio tracking system, to¬†record and track outcomes
  • You have an interest in technology and the digital industry
  • You are organised and have strong time management skills
  • You are adaptable and patient, able to manage many priorities at once
