The Training and Certification Marketing Project Manager will collaborate with our client’s regional marketing team to launch new training courses and certifications. You will be responsible for helping the team achieve learner and certification objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new offer announcements and create communications such as blogs and website copy
  • Develop a deep understanding of both the developer/IT persona and training and certification portfolio in order to map the relevant training content and special offers into regional campaigns and events
  • Support training and certification presence at regional marketing events as needed
  • Work closely with Authorized Training Partners to develop and coordinate account-based marketing programs that will accelerate and close opportunities
  • Track best practices and program results and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing/project management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven stakeholder management
  • Ability to work flexibly across multiple work-streams and disciplines to deliver to demanding deadlines with a ‘get things done’ attitude
  • Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • BA or equivalent
  • Excellent problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgement
  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Ability to deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced, exciting and dynamic environment with an ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles
  • Understanding of business support networks and organisations
