The Story

As part of an ongoing quarterly Financial Services community series created with Google, Transform your Financial Institution with AI & Automation was designed to bring together senior voices from across the industry to explore the role of AI, GenAI, automation, and security in the future of financial institutions.

Hosted at Major Tom at 6PS, the event needed to do more than deliver strong content. It had to create a format that felt commercially relevant, easy to engage with, and valuable for partners, prospects, clients, and Googlers alike. Chesamel managed the experience end to end, from the early concept and sponsor coordination to branding, logistics, and onsite delivery, helping shape an event that was educational, well-paced, and built for ongoing community momentum.

Impact

We delivered a high-quality financial services event experience that combined insight, innovation, and partner collaboration, including:

  • 207 registrations and 124 attendees, bringing together a targeted audience around AI and automation in financial services
  • Third successful event in the series, helping build consistency and momentum for Google’s Financial Services engagement strategy
  • Strong partner ecosystem participation, including Datatonic, Accenture, Capgemini, GFT, Qodea, Wiz, and Endava
  • Memorable branded innovation, including AI-generated custom luggage tags for attendees as a creative, useful takeaway linked directly to the event theme

Methodology

  • End-to-end event delivery
    Managed the event from initial idea through full execution, including planning, logistics, production coordination, and attendee experience delivery.
  • Partner and sponsor coordination
    Handled sponsor integration, partner communication, invoicing coordination, and delivery alignment to ensure a cohesive event experience across all contributors.

    Supported an event narrative focused on practical applications of AI, machine learning, and automation in financial services, balancing innovation with operational and regulatory relevance.

  • Creative brand activation
    Developed experience-led branding ideas, including an AI-generated custom luggage tag activation that translated the event theme into a memorable physical touchpoint.
