About the role
As a Program Marketing Manager, you will play an integral role in driving effective marketing initiatives and campaigns on behalf of our client- acting as the the key link between cross-functional stakeholders, external partners, and creative agencies. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing programs that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational execution, and data-driven decision-making to ensure seamless marketing activities and measurable business impact.
You will be overseeing day-to-day operations of marketing programs, managing relationships, event production companies, and media partners to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns. You will also collaborate with agencies to develop compelling content including; case studies, thought leadership pieces, blog posts, and video assets. By tracking and analysing performance data, you will gain insights to refine strategies and enhance future initiatives.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organised, data-driven, and proactive, with strong project management skills and a keen eye for detail. They should have a thorough understanding of marketing operations, a background in digital or social media marketing, and experience working within fast-paced environments.
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives aligned with our clients marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Develop and implement innovative campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement across various products and features.
- Manage and optimise marketing programs.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the successful execution of planned marketing activities.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies, including creative agencies, event production companies, and media partners.
- Brief and manage agencies to create compelling content such as; case studies, thought leadership pieces, blog posts, and video assets.
- Collecting, analysing campaign performance data and drawing insights to optimise future activities and improve ROI.
- Research and recommend new campaign tactics and approaches, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in online video marketing processes.
Required qualifications
- Background within technology or media industry
- Experienced in project management and a track record of independently driving outcomes in complex business environments while collaborating with multiple stakeholders, process orientation and high attention to detail
