The Role

As Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth execution of marketing initiatives by managing day-to-day operational tasks, coordinating calendars, and assisting with project management activities. Core Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations:

  • Manage and maintain marketing calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination of activities.
  • Upload and organize marketing assets and materials, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist with email marketing campaign execution, including list management, content uploading, and scheduling.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of marketing dashboards and reports, tracking key metrics and performance indicators.

Project Management:

  • Assist with project coordination, tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Maintain organized and efficient filing systems for marketing materials and documents.

Required qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing operations or project coordination role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
