Key Responsibilities
- Translate business or client requirements into scalable, secure architectures and actionable transformation roadmaps.
- Own the benefits lifecycle, aligning initiatives with company or pillar visions and measurable outcomes.
- Identify and prioritise automation and AI opportunities, building lean business cases including cost, time, resource requirements, and expected benefits.
- Maintain and enhance the transformation framework, standards, and change management processes.
- Orchestrate cross-team delivery from discovery to production, ensuring readiness, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure proposals meet technical requirements and are accurately estimated to support successful outcomes.
- Support market research and sales enablement by providing engineering input and solution insights.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 2 years+ experience in Solution Architecture & Business Analysis: Requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Cloud Fundamentals: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Automation Tools: n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent workflow automation platforms.
- Data & BI: Familiarity with analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
- AI Literacy: Understanding of large language model applications, prompt engineering, and AI solution patterns.
- Security & Compliance Awareness: Understanding security and regulatory considerations in digital solutions.
- Agile & OKRs: Experience with agile methodologies, project documentation, and diagramming tools.
- Strong organisational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
