Content review is one of those places where good work can lose momentum.
Speed matters. So do quality, local relevance and human judgement. But when every element needs to be reviewed manually, useful feedback takes time — and the back-and-forth can quickly build.
We wanted to see whether AI could make that process faster without taking people out of it.
The Brief
Chesamel’s in-house AI engineers paired up with our delivery teams to build something practical: an AI agent that reviews content submitted by email.
The goal was simple. Get clear, useful recommendations back to editors and copywriters sooner, while keeping human judgement firmly at the centre of every decision.
From Inbox to Recommendations
The smartest part was also the simplest: the agent fits into a familiar workflow.
Send it video or written content by email, and it reviews whether the content is suitable for the intended market. It then returns clear localisation recommendations for the editors and copywriters working on it.
A review that previously took around 10 minutes can now be completed in around 10 seconds.
But speed was only part of the point.
Removing the Waiting, Not the People
This is AI at its most useful.
The agent doesn’t replace editors, copywriters or local market specialists. It gives them relevant information sooner, so they can spend more time refining the work and less time waiting for feedback.
Human oversight remains at the heart of every decision. The difference is quicker reviews, less back-and-forth and greater confidence that the content is right for its market.
The build brought two Chesamel capabilities together. Triple Stack turns AI into practical, governed tools, while Marketing Engine creates smarter content and production workflows.
The result? A familiar process made significantly faster, with people still at the centre of it.
