As a Social Media Manager, you’ll have a unique opportunity to drive and deliver social campaigns and grow social fame for YouTube Originals roster of show launches throughout the year. 

You’ll focus primarily on the social go-to-market strategy and execution for shows, with the aim of increasing positive mentions and social volume of conversation. Working closely with external social & creative agencies, you’ll manage the workflow and feedback process to create social-first tools for talent to promote their show, as well as building creative plans around driving additional organic mentions with users, including influencer campaigns, gifting and bespoke platform activations.

You’ll have great relationship-building skills and be adept at working effectively with global counterparts, as well as managing agency relationships and workflow. You’ll also have experience that allows you a deep knowledge of the social media landscape and creative ways to engage with consumers using social as the main lever, with a firm hand on social best practices for copy and creative. 

YouTube became a significant player across the UK creative industries working with UK creators and independent production companies, commissioning a slate of original content  playing to a truly global audience.
