We have an exciting opening for a customer-focused marketer to join the propositions team. The role will enable you to think about how we show up as a loved and trusted marketplace, with responsibility for developing customer-centric propositions with insight at the heart.
You will work closely with BU leads/programme owners to define what we should be saying to our customers and with the brand, comms and owned channel teams to bring propositions to life.
Develop and evolve customer propositions aligned to the overall propositions strategy with customers at the heart
Build a deep understanding of customers through research and data with focus on their motivations, barriers and behaviours
Develop open, productive and collaborative relationships across the business to include BU counterparts
Work closely with trading to understand inventory and competitor insights
Monitor the retail market and competitors to see opportunities and risks
Translate propositions into clear and concise briefs for internal teams and input into agency briefs
Collaborate with brand, comms and owned channel teams as specialists in their areas to translate propositions into a marketing plan that delivers against business goals
Work with global and regional marketing teams to understand their workstreams, find opportunities and identify key takeaways
Champion process improvement through challenging the status quo and seeking continuous improvement
