Retail Experience Specialist

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced retail operations specialist with a proven track record for scaling and managing new teams with new store openings through hiring, onboarding, training and trouble-shooting around new store launches. You’ll have excellent project management, and account management skills, and not be afraid to step up to lead teams without an official reporting line; excellent at bringing people along with the vision of our client. An excellent eye for detail, and comfortable managing to KPIs around store capacity, and budgets

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with other managers to formulate master schedules and set objectives for store performance
  • Organise content workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
  • Organise all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
  • Monitor delivery and uptake of courses for the Google Digital Garage daily. Ensure team leaders submit reports from daily activity
  • Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
  • Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce etc for the project and the agency )
  • Ensure output meets quality standards
  • Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Report to management
  • Requirements

    • Proven experience in a retail operations management role
    • Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
    • Experience in reporting on key workflow metrics
    • Proficient in G-suite
    • Outstanding communication ability
    • Excellent organisational and leaderships skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
    • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field is preferred
