Job Description

We are looking for an Account Executive to manage the organisation of key client projects. Project co-ordinator responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. As an Account Executive, you should have excellent people and business skills with some experience in retail management, reporting and analysis. You will be skilled at getting the best out of people and projects and thrive when planning projects and working with project teams. You will be part of the agency’s operations team.


  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Act as point of contact for clients and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Manage store operations daily and engage, key stakeholders + regional managers and team leaders to resolve matters
  • Work with the client to develop a detailed project plan to track progress against deliverables

  • Create plans to address clients’ business needs
  • Collaborate with client and agency teams (e.g. retail operations team, senior management, Google team) to address customers’ needs


  • Proven experience as a Project and Relationship Manager
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Background in marketing, project management and team management; retail knowledge is a plus
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
  • Proficient in G-suite, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
